My team member cannot use the Pro/Pro+ features after adding them to a workspace [Answer]
A common problem that many users encounter is when they add a team member to their workspace and the team member reports they cannot use the Pro or Pro+ features in their account.
The reason for this is because most probably the team member has not switched to the workspace in which you added them.
